Order Pickup Information

 

Online orders must be picked up at one of our retail stores in either Kapaa or Koloa.  Please choose your pick up preference when you are completing your order on the shopping cart page.


Order deadlines are at Midnight on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month. We gather up all the orders placed prior to the deadlines and place one order from UNFI. When you place your order, please note when the next upcoming deadline is – either the first or the third Saturday that month – and note the date. Orders are generally available for pick up 2 weekends AFTER THE ORDER DEADLINES. (Note: Not 2 weeks after your order is placed, but 2 weeks after the first and third Saturdays of the Month.)

Pickup is in a 3-day window (Saturday, Sunday and Monday ONLY), 2 weeks after the order deadline, from 11am-5pm each day. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Pick up your order at the location you chose at Checkout (Kapaa or Koloa).

Please set up “web_orders@hokufoods.com” as a contact in your email account to make sure you receive our emails.

For example: 

Purchases made on or before the deadline of Saturday the 6th, will be available for pickup roughly 2 weeks after the deadline, on any of the following days:

Saturday the 20th

Sunday the 21st

Monday the 22nd
